Gas Hero Case Study

Gas Hero, by Find Satoshi Labs, launched on January 3, 2024. It initially attracted 6.39k Unique Active Wallets (UAWs) but fell to 2.3k in just two months. Our analysis of 2,000 wallets revealed that only 10% of users were retained after five months.

Leveraging data provided by Footprint Analytics, we looked at 25+ historical data points from across 100 games, then leveraged our expertise and models to profile users across 5 areas (Activity, Early Adopter, Loyalty, Holding and Spending). We scored players that received the Airdrop (Airdrop Participant) as well as the general users (Holders) that did not participate. Comparing the scores of both the groups, we have developed comprehensive profiles and found stark differences.
